This full-time role is central to our Enterprise Technology & Performance team, which acts as the engine for functional excellence, innovation, and long-term growth.

Your role will involve meticulously capturing business challenges, value drivers, and functional/non-functional requirements, including critical aspects like health, safety, security, usability, data, and supportability. You will translate these business needs into actionable functionality, assessing risks and the impact of various solution options. Developing clear, traceable documentation and collaborating with software suppliers, designers, and developers are key. You will also create acceptance criteria, validate solutions through testing, and build compelling business cases to justify solution value and secure approvals. Initiating, planning, and executing Business Analysis activities within project constraints are essential, alongside staying current with relevant architecture and technologies, researching solutions, and guiding technology vendor interactions. Leading stakeholder management, including facilitation of design sessions, and supporting long-term business strategies through proposed improvements will be crucial.

We are looking for candidates with 5 to 10 years of experience in Business Analysis. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required. Preferred qualifications include CBAP or PMI-PBA certifications, Agile certifications, and experience in the Oil and Gas industry. A strong understanding of process flows and design, knowledge of Design Thinking methodology, and experience with Waterfall and Agile frameworks are necessary. Familiarity with system engineering concepts, data/process analysis, and modeling is expected. You should possess a systematic, analytical approach to problem-solving with keen attention to detail. Experience in developing cost-benefit analyses and building business cases is vital, alongside strong interpersonal and influencing skills, and the ability to communicate concisely. Willingness to travel and work flexibly is required. Experience with BA tools like MS Visio, Figma, and Azure DevOps is beneficial.
