We are seeking a Senior Consultant with expertise in IT Program Management and AI, specifically within Finance Transformation and Strategy.

This role is crucial for leading cross-functional teams in delivering impactful digital transformation, AI, data, and technology initiatives. You will be instrumental in translating business objectives into robust technology solutions, managing program roadmaps, and ensuring seamless alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Oversee the complete project lifecycle, from defining requirements and designing solutions to identifying AI use cases, implementing, testing, and deploying new capabilities. Drive strong stakeholder engagement, coordinate with vendors, and maintain effective program governance using agile delivery methodologies to ensure the realization of business value.

Build and nurture strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders. Support strategic initiatives and maintain high service standards for existing and new platforms, products, and AI-enabled functionalities. Prior experience in large-scale transformation programs is highly valued.

A minimum of 10-14 years of experience in technology project/program management is required. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Applications, or an MBA is necessary.

Key technical proficiencies include application development (web/mobile), API and system integrations, cloud platforms, and DevOps basics. Familiarity with AI/ML, automation, data-driven solutions, and experience in Agentic AI or intelligent automation ecosystems are essential.

Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects concurrently, alongside hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum delivery, project planning, tracking, and governance frameworks, is expected. The ability to translate business needs into actionable technical plans and experience with Microservices architecture and data pipelines is also beneficial.
