Manage the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) for complex IT projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines. Develop project charters, plans, and establish robust project governance.

Monitor progress, manage risks, issues, and dependencies, providing clear delivery reports to stakeholders. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and impediments.

Oversee project financials, manage changes in scope, costs, and resources. Ensure quality standards are met and manage vendor relationships.

Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile/Scrum teams, facilitating ceremonies and mentoring team members. Collaborate with Product Owners to refine backlogs and foster a culture of transparency and continuous improvement.

Champion DevOps practices and participate in larger Agile scaling frameworks like SAFe.

A minimum of 8 to 12 years of professional IT experience, with at least 6-8 years in a Project Manager and Scrum Master role.

Possession of a BE/B.Tech degree is required, with an MBA being a preferred qualification. Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, Prince2, or SAFe are advantageous.

Requires a strong understanding of SDLC phases, project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile), and agile/lean/DevOps approaches (XP, Kanban, TDD, CI/CD, automation).

Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., ADO, Monday.com, Jira, MPP, Clarity, PowerBI) is essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, critical thinking, and attention to detail are necessary.

Ability to interact professionally at all organizational levels is key. Flexibility for travel is a must.
