Join Deloitte as a Senior Consultant, focusing on SAP Project Management within Finance Transformation. This role is integral to driving impactful SAP implementation and transformation projects, aligning closely with client project/product organizations and their IT/Business functions. You will be instrumental in project execution, managing critical aspects like issues, time, cost, risks, communication, quality, resources, and sessions.

As a leader, you'll guide project teams in developing and launching new product initiatives. The position demands comprehensive planning and management of multiple related projects, including detailed cost-benefit analyses, budget estimations, timeline development, and resource allocation to ensure successful and timely project completion. A key responsibility includes developing measurement processes to assess progress and project outcomes.

Lead SAP Implementation & Transformation projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives. Manage project lifecycles, including issue, time, cost, risk, communication, quality, and resource management. Spearhead project teams in the development and launch of new product initiatives. Develop comprehensive project plans, including cost/benefit analysis, budget, timeline, and resource estimations. Create and execute detailed project plans, understanding SAP project methodologies and premium engagement services. Coordinate and lead SAP consultants and support resources throughout project lifecycles. Prepare and deliver reports and escalate critical issues to management and executive levels. Oversee project scope, resources, budget, and schedule to ensure team adherence to deadlines and guidelines. Apply strong critical-thinking skills to solve complex problems and facilitate informed decision-making. Direct, manage, and motivate project teams in multi-vendor, multi-country environments. Effectively handle escalations and resolve conflicts within project teams. Demonstrate expertise in stakeholder management, change management, communication planning, risk mitigation, implementation, and cutover planning. Prepare project status updates, manage steering meetings, phase exits, and other project-related meetings.

Possess 8-12 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 3 years specifically in project management. Demonstrate proven experience leading SAP Implementation projects, having successfully managed at least two end-to-end implementations. Exhibit strong functional knowledge in SAP Modules such as FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, PM, or QM (experience in ABAP, BASIS, BO, BW, and HCM is excluded). Must have hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA and ECC. Possess robust project management skills. Experience working with MNCs or international clients is essential. Familiarity with Project Management Tools is required. Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication, as well as presentation skills. Certifications like PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or Prince2 are preferred. Display strong leadership, interpersonal, and motivational skills. Experience with Cloud Solutions is beneficial. Experience working within MNCs across multiple geographies is desirable. Familiarity with Activate Methodology is a plus. Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Computer Science) or an equivalent qualification. Showcase strong skills in servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency. Possess knowledge and experience in other agile, lean, and DevOps approaches (e.g., XP, Kanban, TDD, continuous integration, continuous delivery, automation).
