As a Senior Consultant, you will lead SAP Implementation and Transformation projects, aligning closely with client project/product organizations and their IT/Business functions. Your responsibilities will encompass comprehensive project management, including managing issues, time, cost, risks, communication, quality, resources, and sessions.

You will lead project teams in developing and launching new product initiatives. This includes planning and managing multiple related projects, conducting cost-benefit analyses, and estimating budgets, timelines, and resources for successful project completion. You will also develop processes and methods for assessing project progress and outcomes.

Key duties involve understanding client requirements and SAP project methodologies, coordinating SAP consultants and support resources, and reporting to management. You'll manage project scope, resources, and budget to ensure team deadlines and guidelines are met. Strong critical-thinking skills are essential for problem-solving and facilitating decisions. You will direct, manage, and motivate project teams in complex, multi-vendor, and multi-country environments, handling escalations and conflicts effectively. Experience in stakeholder management, change management, risk mitigation, implementation, and cutover planning is crucial. You will prepare project status updates, lead steering committee meetings, and manage phase exits.

We are looking for a Senior Consultant with 8-12 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years in project management. Proven experience leading SAP Implementation projects, with at least two end-to-end implementations, is mandatory.

Essential functional knowledge is required in SAP modules such as FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, PM, or QM. Experience with ABAP, BASIS, BO, BW, and HCM is excluded. You must have hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA and ECC, along with strong project management skills.

Working with MNCs or international clients is a prerequisite. Proficiency in Project Management Tools, excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills are vital. While certifications like PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or Prince2 are preferred, strong leadership, interpersonal, and motivational skills are equally important.

Experience in Cloud Solutions, working with MNCs across multiple geographies, and familiarity with Activate Methodology are beneficial. A Bachelor’s in Engineering (preferably Computer Science) or an equivalent degree is required. Good knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency is expected.

Familiarity with agile, lean, and DevOps approaches (e.g., XP, Kanban, TDD, continuous integration, continuous delivery, automation) is desirable. The ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels, along with excellent coaching and mentoring skills, is key. Flexibility to travel is a must.
