As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead a team in evaluating business challenges and developing robust solutions. Your role involves collaborating with stakeholders to define product backlogs, manage change impacts, and ensure clear documentation of business processes.

Lead a team of Business Analysts in evaluating customer needs and developing effective solutions. Manage the product backlog and ensure its maturity, communicating the impact of changes to stakeholders. Produce data dictionaries and document business processes thoroughly. Address and support business projects for new and existing products, covering the full spectrum of business analysis activities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with business contacts to ensure exceptional client service. Analyze complex business issues and understand their technical implications. Perform extensive data analysis, creating data mappings and understanding end-to-end data journeys. Communicate the impact of upstream changes on data and downstream systems. Create data catalogs, write user stories, and facilitate solution discussions. Drive solution design and produce necessary documentation. Define requirement scope, select approaches, and produce specifications. Assess solution fitness for purpose and obtain stakeholder approvals for deliverables. Coordinate functionality across multiple system projects and act as a proxy for customer teams. Drive user acceptance criteria and collaborate with onshore-offshore teams and third-party partners.

Demonstrated experience leading a team of Business Analysts. Proficiency in advanced SQL query writing for in-depth data analysis. Expertise in data ownership, understanding business and data perspectives end-to-end. Skilled in analyzing and communicating the impact of upstream changes on data. Experience in creating data catalogs and writing API contracts in Swagger. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different geographies. Experience in business process re-engineering, analysis, user requirement gathering, and gap analysis. Proficiency in producing functional specifications documents (FSDs) and solution design specifications. Ability to drive analysis and decision-making through stakeholder discussions. Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications for internal and external resources. Delivery and results-focused with strong customer awareness and business acumen. Excellent documentation skills for SDLC artifacts (SRA/SDS). Familiarity with Agile methodology, including user stories. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Experience with e-Business, e-Commerce, and Internet technologies is a plus. Experience with business modeling tools (e.g., UML) and CASE tools (e.g., EA, Rational Rose) is ideal. Graduation or Post-Graduation degree is required.
