Join a leading team as a Senior Consultant, specializing in APM (Asset Performance Management) for the BFSI sector, focusing on Business Analysis in Finance Transformation and Strategy within Delhi.

This role is for an experienced Lead Business Analyst to join the General Counsel (GC) Portfolio. You will be instrumental in documenting user needs and guiding the implementation of solutions. This involves close collaboration with senior stakeholders across Audit, Risk, Compliance, and Legal functions to capture requirements and bridge the gap with technical teams, ensuring thorough user testing.

Engage directly with Business Stakeholders from the Client’s General Counsel function to establish project requirements and solutions.

Provide insightful advice to stakeholders by fostering strong inter-portfolio relationships and influencing decisions at all organizational levels.

Collaborate effectively within an agile framework with solution architects, UX designers, product owners, and delivery teams to align solutions with business needs.

Develop comprehensive Business Analysis documentation, including user requirements, acceptance criteria, and testing plans.

Maintain data dictionaries and catalogues to ensure data integrity across all project deliverables.

Define and execute test strategies with business stakeholders, creating test cases as necessary.

Support the project manager in agile sprint activities, such as planning, estimation, and daily stand-ups.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or an equivalent field (B.E./B.Tech/BCA), or a Master's degree (MBA/MCA), is required.

Possess at least 7-10 years of dedicated Business Analysis experience.

Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information concisely and efficiently.

Showcase a proven history of strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a customer-centric approach.

Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Zephyr is essential.

Experience working with diverse, multi-cultural, and geographically distributed teams is beneficial.
