Lead a team of Business Analysts in evaluating business problems and developing impactful solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and fulfill business requirements, ensuring product backlog maturity. Communicate the impact of changes effectively to your team and downstream stakeholders. Oversee the creation of data dictionaries and detailed documentation of Transfer Agency business processes. Drive analysis and support for UK and European business projects concerning new and existing product functionalities. Manage the full lifecycle of business analysis activities, fostering strong stakeholder relationships. Develop and maintain data catalogues, and write clear User Stories for development teams. Facilitate story walkthroughs and 3 Amigos sessions to ensure project alignment. Conduct extensive data analysis to derive actionable business insights. Handle demanding work environments while maintaining exceptional deliverable quality.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of complex business issues and their technical implications. Excel in data analysis, creating data mappings between various platforms. Assume Data Owner responsibilities, understanding business and data perspectives end-to-end. Analyze and communicate the impact of upstream changes on data and downstream systems. Possess a solid understanding of the data lifecycle and contribute to creating comprehensive data catalogues. Experience leading a team of Business Analysts is essential. Proficiency in writing API contracts using Swagger. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different geographies. Experience in business process re-engineering, analysis, requirement gathering, and gap analysis. Skilled in producing functional specification documents (FSDs) and solution design specifications. Ability to drive discussions, resolve issues, and secure stakeholder approvals. Strong capability in translating business requirements for technical resources. Delivery and results-oriented with a strong customer and business focus. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including user stories and requirements artifacts. Excellent interpersonal, communication, documentation, facilitation, and presentation skills. Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is required.
