As a key member of our Enterprise Technology & Performance practice, you will be instrumental in shaping client strategies and implementing cutting-edge solutions. This position is based in our Mumbai office, offering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.

Spearhead the design, development, and end-to-end implementation of Anaplan solutions across various client engagements. Lead project delivery, ensuring successful Anaplan implementations from inception to completion. Cultivate strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to guide their finance transformation journeys.

Drive key project phases including sprint planning, solution design, compelling customer demonstrations, and effective user training sessions. Manage project financials, oversee resource planning, and contribute to recruitment and team development initiatives. Focus on enhancing delivery efficiency and upholding rigorous project timelines and quality standards.

We are seeking a seasoned Anaplan professional with 4-5 years of hands-on experience in model development, solution design, and implementation. A strong background in leading Anaplan projects from start to finish is essential. Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills are paramount for success in this role.

Proven experience with sprint management, conducting solution workshops, and delivering customer training is required. Candidates should possess strong presentation, facilitation, leadership, time management, and team management abilities. The capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment is crucial.

Experience with FP&A and Supply Chain Planning use cases on Anaplan is highly preferred. An Anaplan Solution Architect Certification is a significant advantage. Consulting and project management experience will further enhance your candidacy.
