This Senior Consultant role focuses on driving immediate, impactful enhancements to client competitive positions through distinctive, innovative, and sustainable solutions. You will collaborate closely with teams to analyze client operations, gather data, and develop optimal operating models.

As part of the Finance & Performance team, you will empower CFOs and finance leaders with a strategic agenda, delivering solutions that create significant impact across their organizations and the wider market.

Collaborate with teams to analyze client operations, gather data, brainstorm options, and define ideal operating models. Assist finance organizations in resolving complex challenges and delivering enhanced business value. Advise clients and finance executives on strategy creation and capability development for enterprise-wide decision-making, improved finance operations, and stronger stakeholder management.

Focus areas include: - Finance Strategy: Assessing current performance, identifying improvements in operating models, processes, and technology, and building finance transformation roadmaps. - Business Process Re-engineering: Recommending finance process improvements, standardization, and simplification for cost-effective operations leveraging technology. - Fast Close and Reporting: Enhancing month-end closing and reporting processes for quicker internal and external reporting. - Value Engineering: Defining performance measures and KPIs to align the business with strategy delivery. - Budgeting, Planning and Forecasting: Standardizing and improving planning processes.

Demonstrate hands-on Anaplan modeling experience, particularly in Financial Forecasting, Supply Chain Planning, and HR/Sales/Incentive Compensation Management. Possess a strong background and experience in consulting roles centered on Sales Performance Planning, Supply Chain, or Financial Planning. Familiarity with SCRUM/Agile methodologies is advantageous. Proficiency in MS Excel, utilizing advanced formulae for client mock-ups. Completion of Anaplan Level 2 Model Builder Certification is required. Exhibit excellent communication skills for client teams and client-facing interactions. Capability to work effectively in a remote setting. Maintain a strong sense of responsibility and a positive attitude. Willingness to travel outside the base location.
