Join our Technology Strategy & Transformation team as a Senior Consultant in Bengaluru. This role focuses on AMS Support & Delivery, leveraging enterprise technology to drive functional excellence and innovation. You will be instrumental in optimizing Order Management System (OMS) solutions, acting as a key player in our technological advancements.

As an OMS Senior Consultant, you will spearhead the end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support of OMS solutions. This includes translating business requirements into scalable solutions, driving design and integrations across the order lifecycle, and collaborating closely with various teams like Product, Development, and QA. You will also lead defect triage, root cause analysis, and mentor junior team members to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

We seek a candidate with strong expertise in Order Management Systems and a proven track record in implementations, integrations, and production support. Proficiency in SQL, API Testing with Postman, REST APIs, JSON/XML, Jira, and Confluence is essential. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field, along with 7-10 years of relevant experience, is required. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with specific OMS platforms are highly desirable.
