Seeking an experienced Order Management System (OMS) Senior Consultant to lead and support critical OMS implementations, enhancements, and transformation initiatives. You will be instrumental in managing key project deliverables, fostering strong collaborations with client stakeholders, and driving significant process improvements across the supply chain and retail landscape. Lead the functional design, configuration, and implementation of OMS platforms, ensuring seamless enhancements and successful deployments.

Conduct in-depth business requirements analysis, facilitate workshops, and document functional specifications to optimize the order lifecycle.

Apply deep OMS functional expertise across areas like order orchestration, sourcing, inventory visibility, fulfillment, cancellations, returns, and exchanges.

Manage client and stakeholder relationships, effectively resolving issues and ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.

Oversee project workstreams, meticulously track milestones, identify risks, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality project outcomes.

Coordinate critical OMS integrations with ERP, WMS, POS, and e-commerce systems, supporting comprehensive testing and defect resolution.

Provide expert production support, conduct root-cause analysis for functional issues, and identify opportunities for enhancing operational efficiency.

Mentor junior consultants, review their deliverables, share best practices, and contribute to knowledge management and team development.

Possess 6–9 years of progressive experience in IT consulting, retail technology, supply chain management, or enterprise application delivery.

Demonstrate strong functional expertise in leading OMS platforms such as Manhattan OMS / Manhattan Active Omni, or IBM Sterling OMS.

Proven track record in OMS implementations, configurations, enhancements, and application support.

Exhibit a solid understanding of omnichannel retail processes, including order orchestration, inventory management, sourcing, fulfillment, and returns.
