Advance your consulting career as a Senior Consultant specializing in Order Management Systems (OMS). This role is pivotal in driving OMS implementations, enhancements, and transformation projects within a leading Big 4 consulting environment. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and effective OMS solutions, managing critical project elements, and fostering collaborative relationships with clients.

Focus on optimizing the order lifecycle through expert application of OMS functionalities. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing, mentoring junior team members and upholding best practices. Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of OMS solutions. Gather and analyze business requirements, conducting workshops and documenting functional specifications to drive process improvements across the order lifecycle. Provide deep functional expertise in areas such as order orchestration, sourcing, fulfillment, and returns management.

Effectively manage client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Oversee project workstreams, track milestones, identify risks, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality project outcomes. Coordinate system integrations with various platforms like ERP, WMS, and e-commerce, and support testing phases from SIT through UAT.

Provide critical production support, conduct root-cause analysis for functional issues, and identify opportunities for operational enhancements. Guide and mentor junior consultants, review their work, and contribute to the team's knowledge base and ongoing development.

A minimum of 6 to 9 years of experience in IT consulting, retail technology, supply chain, or enterprise application delivery is essential. Candidates must possess strong functional expertise in leading OMS platforms, including Manhattan OMS / Manhattan Active Omni or IBM Sterling OMS.

Demonstrated experience in OMS implementations, configurations, enhancements, and application support is required. A solid understanding of omnichannel retail processes, order orchestration, inventory management, fulfillment, and returns is crucial. Experience with business requirement gathering, functional documentation, process mapping, and solution design is also a key requirement.

Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and major enterprise platforms such as ERP, WMS, POS, and e-commerce systems is necessary. Proven experience in SIT, UAT, defect management, release coordination, and production issue resolution is expected. Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are vital for success in this role.
