Seeking an experienced OMS Senior Consultant to lead Order Management System implementations, enhancements, and transformation initiatives. This role is crucial for translating complex business needs into effective OMS solutions within a leading Big 4 consulting environment. You will manage key project deliverables and foster strong relationships with client stakeholders.

Lead functional design, configuration, and implementation of OMS platforms. Analyze business requirements, conduct workshops, and document functional specifications. Drive improvements across order orchestration, sourcing, fulfillment, and returns. Collaborate with clients, technical teams, and partners to resolve issues and ensure alignment. Manage project workstreams, track milestones, and ensure timely, quality delivery. Coordinate OMS integrations with ERP, WMS, POS, and e-commerce systems. Support SIT, UAT, and production issue resolution. Guide junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Requires 6–9 years of experience in IT consulting, retail technology, or supply chain. Possess strong functional expertise in OMS platforms like Manhattan OMS or IBM Sterling. Demonstrated experience in OMS implementations, configurations, and application support. Solid understanding of omnichannel retail processes, order management, and fulfillment. Proficiency in business requirement gathering, functional documentation, and solution design. Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and enterprise platforms (ERP, WMS, POS). Experience with SIT, UAT, defect management, and production support is essential. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills are required.
