Join our Technology Strategy & Transformation team as a Senior Consultant in AMS Support & Delivery in Bengaluru. We are seeking an experienced Order Management System (OMS) Senior Consultant to spearhead the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of OMS solutions. This role is crucial for driving business objectives and ensuring the seamless flow of operations.

Your expertise will be instrumental in translating complex business needs into robust, scalable OMS solutions. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure successful project delivery and continuous improvement across the entire order lifecycle.

Lead comprehensive OMS implementation, enhancement, and support projects from initiation to completion. Analyze business requirements and devise efficient OMS solutions. Drive the design of solutions, system integrations, and process enhancements for the order lifecycle.

Collaborate effectively with Business, Product, Development, QA, and Production Support teams. Review functional specifications, testing strategies, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) deliverables. Lead defect triage, root cause analysis, and resolve production issues.

Support release planning, deployment validation, and post-production activities. Mentor junior team members, offering technical and functional guidance. Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and industry best practices.

A strong background in Order Management Systems (OMS) and end-to-end order lifecycle management is essential. Proven hands-on experience with OMS implementations, integrations, and production support is required. Proficiency in SQL, API Testing using Postman, REST APIs, JSON/XML, Jira, and Confluence is necessary.

Experience with Azure integrations or cloud-based integration platforms is highly desirable. Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills are expected. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field is required, along with 7-10 years of experience in OMS, Retail, E-commerce, or Supply Chain projects.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments is a plus. Exposure to enterprise integrations, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps would be an added advantage. Experience with specific OMS platforms such as IBM Sterling, Manhattan, Oracle, SAP Order Management, or Salesforce OMS is preferred for roles involving implementation, integration, modernization, and production support.
