Join our Technology Strategy & Transformation team as a Senior Consultant focused on AMS Support & Delivery in Bengaluru. This role is integral to driving functional excellence and innovation within enterprise technology. You will be a key player in transforming how businesses operate through advanced Order Management System (OMS) solutions.

Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of OMS solutions, encompassing implementation, enhancement, and support. Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable OMS designs and drive seamless system integrations across the order process. Foster strong collaboration with Business, Product, Development, QA, and Production Support teams, ensuring successful project delivery through meticulous review of functional specifications, test strategies, and UAT. Proactively manage defect triage, root cause analysis, and production issue resolution, while supporting release planning and post-production activities. Mentor junior team members, providing technical and functional guidance to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

We are seeking a seasoned OMS Senior Consultant with 7-10 years of experience in OMS, Retail, E-commerce, or Supply Chain projects. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field is required. Expertise in SQL, API Testing (Postman), REST APIs, JSON/XML, Jira, and Confluence is essential. Experience within Agile/Scrum environments is expected. Prior exposure to IBM Sterling OMS, Manhattan OMS, Oracle OMS, SAP Order Management, or Salesforce OMS is highly advantageous. Familiarity with Azure integrations or cloud-based integration platforms is preferred, and knowledge of enterprise integrations, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps will be considered an added benefit.
