Join our Technology Strategy & Transformation team as a Senior Consultant in Bengaluru. This role focuses on AMS Support & Delivery within Enterprise Technology & Performance (ET&P).

Enterprise technology is crucial for driving functional excellence, innovation, and long-term growth. We seek a dedicated professional to monitor and support critical Azure integration environments and applications.

You will be responsible for monitoring and supporting Azure Integration Services, including Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, and Azure Functions. This involves providing L2/L3 support for integration applications and APIs, troubleshooting production incidents within SLAs, and performing root cause analysis.

Key tasks include monitoring application health via Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights, resolving message processing failures, API errors, and workflow issues. You will also coordinate incident resolution with various teams, participate in on-call rotations for 24x7 support, and maintain essential support documentation and runbooks.

Furthermore, you'll support deployment activities and post-release validation, ensuring seamless transitions and operational stability.

We are looking for a Senior Consultant with at least 5 years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, or Azure Support roles. Demonstrated hands-on experience with key Azure services like Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Functions, Event Grid/Hub, and Storage Accounts is essential.

Proficiency in monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights is required. A solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, XML, and Web Services is also necessary. Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes, along with knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Git, will be highly valued.

Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management tools like ServiceNow & JIRA is beneficial. This position requires any graduate, and the work location is Bengaluru, IN.
