Seeking a seasoned OMS Senior Consultant to spearhead the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of Order Management System (OMS) solutions. This role is pivotal for driving business and technical dialogues, guiding team members, and ensuring the successful completion of OMS projects.

This position involves leading comprehensive OMS implementation, enhancement, and support initiatives. Responsibilities include translating business needs into robust OMS solutions, architecting system integrations, and refining processes throughout the order lifecycle. Collaboration with business units, product teams, development, QA, and production support is essential.

Lead end-to-end OMS implementation, enhancement, and support initiatives. Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable OMS solutions. Drive solution design, system integrations, and process improvements across the order lifecycle. Collaborate with Business, Product, Development, QA, and Production Support teams.

Review functional specifications, test strategies, and UAT deliverables. Lead defect triage, root cause analysis (RCA), and production issue resolution. Support release planning, deployment validation, and post-production activities. Mentor junior team members and provide technical and functional guidance. Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and best practices.

Requires strong expertise in Order Management Systems (OMS) and managing the end-to-end order lifecycle. Must have hands-on experience with OMS implementations, integrations, and production support. Proficiency in SQL, API Testing using Postman, REST APIs, JSON/XML, Jira, and Confluence is essential.

Experience with Azure integrations or cloud-based integration platforms is advantageous. Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills are critical. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field is required, along with 7–10 years of experience in OMS, Retail, E-commerce, or Supply Chain projects. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is also necessary. Familiarity with IBM Sterling OMS, Manhattan OMS, Oracle OMS, SAP Order Management, or Salesforce OMS is beneficial, as are projects involving enterprise integrations, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps.
