We are seeking a seasoned OMS Senior Consultant to spearhead the design, implementation, and refinement of Order Management System (OMS) solutions. This role involves driving business and technical dialogues, nurturing team members, and fostering collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups to ensure the successful execution of OMS projects.

Your expertise will be crucial in leading comprehensive OMS implementation, enhancement, and support initiatives. You'll be responsible for translating intricate business requirements into robust and scalable OMS solutions, while also guiding solution architecture, system integrations, and process optimizations throughout the order lifecycle.

Lead end-to-end OMS implementation, enhancement, and support initiatives. Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable OMS solutions. Drive solution design, system integrations, and process improvements across the order lifecycle. Collaborate with Business, Product, Development, QA, and Production Support teams. Review functional specifications, test strategies, and UAT deliverables. Lead defect triage, root cause analysis (RCA), and production issue resolution. Support release planning, deployment validation, and post-production activities. Mentor junior team members and provide technical and functional guidance. Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and best practices.

This role requires strong expertise in Order Management Systems (OMS) and comprehensive order lifecycle management. Hands-on experience with OMS implementations, integrations, and production support is essential. Proficiency in SQL, API Testing with tools like Postman, REST APIs, JSON/XML, Jira, and Confluence is mandatory.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field is required, along with 7-10 years of experience in OMS, Retail, E-commerce, or Supply Chain projects. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is expected. While experience with Azure integrations or cloud-based integration platforms is preferred, exposure to enterprise integrations, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps is considered an added advantage.

Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills are vital for success in this position. Familiarity with platforms such as IBM Sterling OMS, Manhattan OMS, Oracle OMS, SAP Order Management, or Salesforce OMS is beneficial for contributing to OMS implementation, integration, modernization, and production support projects.
