We are seeking a skilled professional to contribute to our cutting-edge projects within the AI/ML domain. This position offers a dynamic environment to work on complex challenges and shape the future of data-driven insights.

Investigate intricate ACH fraud and non-fraud disputes, ensuring strict adherence to NACHA and Regulation E compliance.

Conduct comprehensive transaction monitoring, Customer Due Diligence (CDD)/Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews, and thorough fraud investigations, including AML escalations.

Collaborate effectively with U.S. stakeholders on complex investigations, control testing initiatives, and audit readiness preparations.

Develop and author Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency, aiming to reduce average case resolution time by 15% while maintaining stringent service level agreements.

A strong educational background is essential, with qualifications including B.Tech/M.Tech, B.E/M.E, B.Sc./M.Sc., B.Com/M.Com, MBA/PGDM, BCA/MCA, or a PhD.

This onsite role is based in Bengaluru, India. Successful candidates will demonstrate a proven ability to handle complex investigations and contribute to process improvements. Experience in fraud detection, AML, or regulatory compliance is highly valued.
