Seeking an experienced Scrum Master to champion Agile delivery across diverse technology teams. This role requires a deep understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies, exceptional stakeholder engagement abilities, and a drive for continuous improvement. Facilitate all critical Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives, along with Backlog Refinement sessions.

Guide Agile teams in adhering to Scrum principles, values, and best practices, while proactively removing impediments that hinder productivity and sprint objectives.

Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, Architects, and business stakeholders to optimize backlog management and sprint execution.

Monitor sprint progress, velocity, and burndown metrics, ensuring timely delivery commitments are met. Foster a culture of ongoing improvement through retrospectives and Agile maturity initiatives.

Ensure transparent planning, execution, and reporting for all stakeholders, while supporting release planning and cross-team dependency management. Promote self-organizing, high-performing teams and drive Agile governance, metrics, and risk management.

A minimum of 5–8 years of overall IT experience, with at least 3 years specifically in a Scrum Master role.

Possess a strong grasp of Scrum, Kanban, and various Agile frameworks, coupled with hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies for software development teams.

Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in an Agile setting, demonstrating strong stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

Proficiency in sprint planning, estimation, backlog management, and understanding Agile metrics is essential. Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps is required.

Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to identify and resolve team impediments to boost delivery efficiency. Experience with distributed or global Agile teams is a plus.
