Develop and implement autonomous and multi-agent systems using frameworks like Google ADK, Microsoft Agent Framework, Semantic Kernel, Azure AI Foundry, and LangGraph. Build sophisticated agent collaboration patterns, including Planner-Agent, Supervisor-Agent, and Multi-Agent Orchestration. Create reusable agentic frameworks and accelerators for diverse enterprise use cases. Integrate large language models (LLMs) such as Claude, GPT models, Azure OpenAI, and Gemini. Engineer advanced prompts, structured outputs, tool calling, and memory strategies for AI applications. Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions connected to enterprise knowledge sources. Optimize AI applications for cost, latency, observability, and reliability. Build scalable APIs and microservices using Python and FastAPI, supporting event-driven and distributed AI services. Design and implement secure API integrations with core enterprise applications. Integrate AI agents with key enterprise systems including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Jira, and various databases.

A Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Management, or a related discipline is preferred. We are seeking candidates with 5 to 8 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise architecture, or digital transformation. Demonstrated experience in Agentic AI, AI Solutioning, Backend Engineering, and Enterprise Integrations is essential. Possess strong strategic thinking skills coupled with commercial acumen, balancing business outcomes with technical excellence. Exhibit excellent communication abilities to influence both executives and delivery teams. Proven ability to build scalable, reusable AI platforms and accelerators.
