This Senior Consultant role focuses on Agentic AI and advanced AI solutions, requiring expertise in designing, developing, and integrating intelligent systems for enterprise-level challenges. You will be instrumental in building scalable AI platforms and driving digital transformation for our clients.

Design and implement autonomous and multi-agent systems using frameworks such as Google ADK, Microsoft Agent Framework, Semantic Kernel, Azure AI Foundry Agents, and LangGraph.

Develop sophisticated agent collaboration patterns, including Planner-Agent and Supervisor-Agent, and implement reflection and self-correction mechanisms.

Integrate cutting-edge LLMs like Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT, Azure OpenAI, and Gemini, engineering advanced prompts and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.

Build robust backend services using Python, FastAPI, and asynchronous programming, and design secure API integrations with diverse enterprise applications and systems.

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field is preferred.

We are seeking candidates with 5 to 8 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise architecture, or digital transformation.

Demonstrated experience in Agentic AI development, AI solutioning, backend engineering, and enterprise integrations is crucial.

Possess strong commercial acumen, a strategic mindset, and the ability to balance business outcomes with technical excellence. Excellent communication skills are essential for influencing both executives and delivery teams.
