As a Senior Consultant, you will embed with customer stakeholders to deeply understand their business workflows, constraints, and success metrics. You will translate ambiguous needs into clear requirements and solution hypotheses for GenAI/agentic scenarios.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing agentic and GenAI solutions on Microsoft platforms such as Dynamics 365, M365 Copilots, Power Platform, and Azure. This involves building robust integrations, APIs, and automations to accelerate adoption and deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will prototype rapidly, validate with users, and evolve solutions to production-ready implementations. This includes defining build/test specifications, creating evaluation gates for GenAI outputs, and producing operational guides for reliability and maintainability. Proactively identify and mitigate AI-specific risks, like data access, prompt injection, hallucinations, privacy, compliance, latency, and cost, proposing safeguards and fallback behaviors.

Support deployment and live stabilization by troubleshooting integrations and model behavior in real environments, iterating quickly, and ensuring successful go-lives. Drive delivery plans across the full lifecycle—discovery, build, eval, deployment, and operations—managing dependencies across data, security, and enterprise systems. Capture repeatable assets and share feedback loops internally.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, coupled with demonstrated experience in delivering production software solutions.

Required experience includes 9+ years of delivering enterprise-scale solutions on Microsoft platforms like Dynamics 365, M365 Copilot, Power Platform, and Azure, encompassing integration, security, and deployment within customer environments.

Preferred qualifications include proven experience delivering hands-on, production-grade solutions across the entire lifecycle, from requirement ambiguity to post-go-live stabilization. Experience building or extending solutions involving Copilots, AI-assisted workflows, or intelligent automation is highly desirable.

Certifications and/or experience in Azure Solutions, Dynamics 365, M365 Copilot, and Power Platform, along with exposure to Azure AI services and GenAI solution patterns, are strong advantages. Proficiency in Agile delivery, DevOps, CI/CD, and operational readiness is strongly preferred, especially for AI systems. Excellent communication skills to explain AI behaviors, risks, and tradeoffs to diverse stakeholders are essential.
