Engage in challenging optimization tasks, including register allocation, instruction scheduling, and loop optimizations. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering is required, with 8+ years of experience in compiler design. Proficiency in C and C++ is essential, along with hands-on experience in compiler infrastructures like LLVM/GCC. A strong understanding of program analysis, high-level optimizations, and processor architecture is necessary. Experience working in a global team and excellent communication skills are also important.
