Join our dynamic team as a Senior Cloud Operations Engineer, a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our production environments. This position offers a unique chance to merge deep technical expertise with robust administration and analysis skills within Oracle's Cloud Infrastructure.

Focus on optimizing availability, performance, and supportability across multiple production systems and databases. You will be instrumental in handling immense growth, scaling challenges, and delivering extremely high performance with high availability requirements in a cloud setting.

Maintain and enhance the performance of all production server hardware and software through diligent installation, monitoring, and optimization. Provide critical escalated technical support, including leading problem management initiatives and delivering clear management status updates.

Coordinate complex support cases by leading internal technical resources and third-party vendors towards swift resolution. Manage a sophisticated storage infrastructure for Oracle systems and database appliances. Ensure consistent system uptime within our cloud environment by overseeing Oracle production environments, assisting with upgrades, bug fixes, patching, and standardization projects for the Oracle technology stack.

This role demands a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing and supporting complex production environments. A strong command of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, including systems and databases, is essential.

Proven ability in server hardware and software administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting is expected. Experience coordinating vendor relationships and leading technical teams through challenging issues is a key requirement. The ability to provide on-call support on a rotating basis is also necessary.
