As a Senior Capability Analyst, you will serve as the Product Owner for formulary management applications. Your core responsibilities include defining product vision and strategy, translating business needs into actionable requirements and user stories, and leading Agile delivery teams. You will actively participate in Agile ceremonies, manage the product backlog, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure successful solution delivery and drive enterprise-scale Agile initiatives. To excel in this role, you need at least 3 years of experience in PBM or pharmacy operations, alongside 3+ years as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.
