As a Senior Business Analyst, you will spearhead requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation for complex business initiatives. This includes defining and maintaining BRDs, FRDs, Epics, User Stories, and functional specifications.

You will facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to identify and validate business needs, establishing requirement management frameworks and standards. Leading backlog grooming and prioritization within Agile teams is crucial, alongside performing detailed impact and gap analyses.

Ensuring requirements are complete, traceable, and testable, you will also provide guidance on requirement artifacts and support solution design discussions. Collaboration with development, testing, and business teams is key for successful implementation. You will mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement in business analysis effectiveness, while also evaluating and promoting AI-assisted analysis tools for enhanced productivity and quality.

We seek a seasoned professional with 7-8 years of experience in Business Analysis. Essential skills include Root Cause Analysis (RCA), BRD Creation, Business Process Modelling, Requirement Gathering, User Story Writing, and experience within the Financial Services sector.
