As a Senior Business Analyst, you will spearhead requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation for complex business initiatives. This includes defining and maintaining BRDs, FRDs, Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria. You will facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions, define requirement management frameworks, and lead backlog grooming and prioritization within Agile teams.

Key duties involve performing detailed impact and gap analyses, ensuring requirement completeness and traceability, and collaborating closely with development, testing, and business teams for successful implementation. You will also mentor junior business analysts, drive continuous improvement in business analysis processes, and evaluate the use of AI-assisted analysis tools to enhance efficiency and quality.

We are looking for candidates with 6-8 years of experience in Business Analysis, possessing mandatory skills in Business Process Modelling, BRD Creation, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Requirement Gathering, User Story Writing, and experience within the Financial Services domain.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong ownership, excellent collaboration, and structured analytical thinking. Adaptability to evolving business needs and AI capabilities is crucial. Effective communication regarding requirements, risks, and impacts, coupled with high attention to detail, is essential.
