As a Senior Business Analyst, you will spearhead requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation for critical business initiatives. This involves defining and managing BRDs, FRDs, Epics, and User Stories, ensuring clarity and completeness. You'll facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to capture and validate business needs effectively.

Key duties include establishing requirement management frameworks, leading backlog grooming and prioritization within Agile teams, and conducting detailed impact and gap analyses. You will ensure all requirements are traceable, testable, and aligned with project objectives, while mentoring junior analysts on best practices.

Furthermore, you will evaluate and advocate for AI-assisted analysis tools to enhance efficiency and quality, collaborating with development, testing, and business teams for successful solution delivery. Driving continuous improvement in business analysis processes and promoting knowledge sharing are also core aspects of this role.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with 6-8 years of experience in Business Analysis. Essential skills include Business Process Modelling, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Requirement Gathering, User Story Writing, expertise in the Financial Services sector, and BRD Creation.
