As a Senior Business Analyst, you will spearhead requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation for complex business initiatives. This includes defining and maintaining BRDs, FRDs, Epics, and User Stories, along with their acceptance criteria and functional specifications. You will facilitate workshops, conduct discovery sessions, and lead stakeholder discussions to pinpoint and validate business needs.

Further responsibilities include defining requirement management frameworks, leading backlog grooming and prioritization, and conducting impact and gap analyses. You will ensure the completeness, traceability, and testability of requirements, providing functional and business context to support solution design. Collaboration with development, testing, and business teams is key for successful implementation. Additionally, you will mentor junior business analysts, drive continuous improvement in business analysis effectiveness, and evaluate the use of AI-assisted analysis tools to enhance efficiency and quality.

We are seeking candidates with 5-6 years of experience in business analysis, possessing a strong command of Business Process Modelling, BRD Creation, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and User Story Writing within the Financial Services sector. Candidates must demonstrate strong ownership, effective collaboration with diverse teams, and a commitment to structured analysis and quality management practices.

Essential analytical thinking skills are required to tackle complex business problems and solution alternatives. Adaptability in adopting AI-assisted analysis capabilities and evolving delivery practices is also crucial. Excellent communication regarding requirements, risks, and impacts, coupled with high attention to detail, is expected.
