As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead comprehensive requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation for intricate business initiatives. This includes defining and maintaining Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.

You will facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to validate business needs and establish requirement management frameworks. A key part of your role involves leading backlog grooming, requirement prioritization, and refinement activities within Agile teams. You will also conduct detailed impact and gap analyses, and support solution design discussions with functional and business context.

Furthermore, you will ensure requirements are complete, traceable, and testable, aligning with project goals. This position requires collaboration with development, testing, and business teams for successful implementation. You will mentor junior business analysts, drive continuous improvement in business analysis, and evaluate AI-assisted analysis tools to enhance efficiency and quality.
