Develop and maintain essential project documents including BRDs, FRDs, Epics, and User Stories with clear Acceptance Criteria. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to define and validate business needs. Oversee backlog grooming, prioritization, and refinement within Agile teams. Conduct detailed impact and gap analyses, supporting solution design with functional and business context. Mentor junior business analysts, fostering best practices in requirements engineering and stakeholder management. Drive continuous improvement in business analysis effectiveness and promote the adoption of AI-assisted analysis tools for enhanced productivity and quality.

A minimum of 7-8 years of experience in business analysis is required, with a strong command of Root Cause Analysis (RCA), BRD Creation, Business Process Modelling, Requirement Gathering, and User Story Writing, particularly within the Financial Services domain. Proficiency in Agile methodologies, impact and gap analysis is essential. Candidates should demonstrate exceptional analytical thinking, strong ownership, effective collaboration, and excellent communication skills. Experience evaluating and promoting AI-assisted analysis tools is highly desirable. The ability to balance business priorities, delivery timelines, and solution quality is crucial.
