This position focuses on translating complex lending business requirements into effective nCino functional solutions. You will collaborate closely with various teams, ensuring seamless project execution and delivery. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of commercial loan origination and credit workflows, coupled with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Lead requirement-gathering workshops with stakeholders across Commercial Lending, Credit, Risk, and Operations. Analyze and optimize existing lending processes, defining future states with nCino capabilities.

Translate business needs into detailed documentation, including BRDs, user stories, and process flows. Support the configuration and implementation of nCino features across the lending lifecycle, from onboarding to closing. Perform fit-gap analysis to identify and recommend optimal solutions.

Collaborate with technical teams on functional design and integration strategies. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement and UAT support. Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring successful project delivery and post-production stabilization.

A minimum of 8 years of dedicated Business Analysis experience, ideally within the Banking and Financial Services sector, is required. Proven hands-on experience with nCino implementation or transformation projects is essential.

Possess a strong understanding of Commercial Banking and Lending processes, including the entire credit lifecycle from assessment and underwriting to approval and documentation. Proficiency in translating business needs into nCino functional designs and configuration specifications is crucial.

Demonstrated experience with core Business Analysis artifacts such as BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process maps, fit-gap analysis, and UAT. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, utilizing tools like Jira and Confluence, is expected. Excellent client-facing communication, workshop facilitation, and robust stakeholder management skills are fundamental for success in this role.
