Lead critical requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation for complex business initiatives. Develop and maintain essential documentation including BRDs, FRDs, Epics, and User Stories. Facilitate stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions to define and validate business needs. Implement and uphold requirement management standards and documentation best practices. Drive backlog grooming and prioritization within Agile teams, and conduct thorough impact and gap analyses. Ensure requirements are complete, traceable, and aligned with project objectives, while mentoring junior analysts and promoting continuous improvement in business analysis processes.

This role requires 5-7 years of experience with mandatory skills in Business Process Modelling, BRD Creation, FRD Creation, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Requirement Gathering, User Story Writing, and expertise in Financial Services. A Bachelor's degree is expected.
