As a Business Analyst, you will serve as the key link between IT and business users, driving organizational and process analysis to align systems with business needs. Your role involves in-depth research, requirement gathering, and synthesis to define current and future states, ultimately developing effective business solutions.

Key responsibilities include: - Facilitating requirements gathering sessions with business and operations teams. - Developing and maintaining comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs). - Cultivating a deep understanding of business processes and systems, identifying areas for enhancement and optimization. - Applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges. - Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders through excellent communication.

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 5-7 years of experience, possessing a strong foundation in Business Analysis, Requirements Management, and Agile Project Management. Essential domain knowledge in Financial Services and proven Stakeholder Management skills are critical for this role.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate expertise in: - Root Cause Analysis (RCA) - Business Process Modelling - Requirement Gathering - Creating technical documentation such as Story, BRD, and FRD.

While not mandatory, familiarity with Figma for designing workflows and mockups is a plus. A Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
