As a Business Analyst, you will be the key liaison between IT and business users. Your responsibilities include analyzing organizational processes and systems, assessing business models, and integrating them with technology.

You will research, gather, and synthesize information to understand the current state, define customer requirements, and formulate future state business solutions. This involves actively participating in requirement gathering meetings, creating and maintaining Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), and developing a deep understanding of business processes and systems.

You will identify opportunities for improvement, leverage process mapping and modeling tools, and apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders are essential. Familiarity with Figma for designing workflows and mockups is also beneficial.

We are seeking a Business Analyst with 5-7 years of experience.

Key competencies include proficiency in Business Analysis, Requirements Management, and Agile Project Management. A solid understanding of the Financial Services domain and strong Stakeholder Management skills are mandatory.

Essential skills encompass Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Business Process Modelling, Requirement Gathering, and comprehensive documentation capabilities including Story Creation, BRD, and FRD creation. A Bachelor's degree or higher is required. While not mandatory, experience with Figma for design workflows and mockups is a plus.
