Lead comprehensive requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation for significant business initiatives. Develop and maintain essential project documents such as BRDs, FRDs, Epics, and User Stories. Facilitate engaging workshops and stakeholder discussions to clearly define business needs. Establish robust requirement management frameworks and documentation standards. Drive backlog grooming and prioritization within Agile teams. Conduct detailed impact and gap analyses to ensure optimal solution design. Ensure all requirements are clear, traceable, testable, and aligned with project objectives. Review requirement artifacts to maintain high quality and consistency. Support solution design by providing essential functional and business context. Collaborate seamlessly with development, testing, and business teams for successful implementation. Mentor junior business analysts in best practices for requirements engineering and stakeholder management. Champion continuous improvement in business analysis processes and AI-assisted tool utilization.

This role requires 5-8 years of professional experience, with mandatory expertise in Business Process Modelling, BRD Creation, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Requirement Gathering. A strong background in the Insurance and Financial Services domains is essential. You should possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to drive business analysis excellence and promote structured, quality-focused practices. Adaptability in adopting AI-assisted capabilities and evolving delivery methods is valued.
