We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst, Assistant Director, to leverage advanced skills in SQL, Data Warehousing, ETL, and Data Mapping for designing and delivering end-to-end data integrations. This role requires direct collaboration with business stakeholders, data engineers, and product teams to transform business requirements into effective data solutions. Experience with cloud data platforms is a plus. The ideal candidate will contribute significantly to global projects, with a strong focus on Talent systems, gathering complex requirements, and optimizing the strategic use of Talent data.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with business stakeholders to define data needs, translating these into functional specifications, data models, and process flows. You will perform in-depth data analysis using advanced SQL, coordinate with ETL and data engineering teams to validate data pipelines, and support Data Warehousing initiatives. Essential tasks involve creating and maintaining data mapping documents, validating data quality and accuracy, defining KPIs, building dashboards, and presenting findings to diverse audiences. Familiarity with cloud data services (AWS, Azure, GCP) is beneficial.

This role requires 10-12 years of experience with strong SQL proficiency for complex queries, a solid understanding of Data Warehousing concepts, and a background in ETL processes and data transformation logic. Hands-on experience in ETL processes, data mapping, S2T documentation, and integration design is crucial. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent communication and documentation skills, are essential for success. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with certifications in business analysis or SAP SuccessFactors being advantageous.
