Lead critical requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation for complex business initiatives. You will define and maintain essential documentation like BRDs, FRDs, Epics, and User Stories. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to capture and validate business needs, while also guiding backlog grooming and prioritization within Agile teams. Perform detailed impact and gap analyses, and ensure requirements are complete, traceable, and aligned with project goals.

Further responsibilities include mentoring junior business analysts, driving continuous improvement in business analysis processes, and collaborating across development, testing, and business teams for successful solution delivery. You'll also evaluate and promote the effective use of AI-assisted analysis tools to enhance efficiency and quality.

This role requires 6-8 years of experience in Business Analysis, with mandatory skills in Business Process Modelling, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Requirement Gathering, User Story Writing, Financial Services domain knowledge, and BRD Creation. Strong ownership, effective collaboration, and structured analytical thinking are crucial. Adaptability to evolving AI capabilities and delivery practices is also essential. Excellent communication skills for discussing requirements, risks, and impacts, along with high attention to detail, are expected. A proactive approach to continuous improvement and balancing priorities for successful outcomes is key.
