As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in capturing user requirements and transforming them into effective business and digitally enabled solutions across diverse industries. Your role involves analyzing existing processes and designing future states to define comprehensive business, solution, and system requirements. You'll facilitate workshops, interact with stakeholders, and manage the requirements lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and alignment between teams and clients.

Key responsibilities include analyzing current ('as-is') and designing future ('to-be') processes to define business, solution, and system requirements. You will organize and facilitate client workshops for requirement elicitation, and engage with various stakeholders to understand their needs deeply. Utilizing analysis techniques like story mapping, process modeling, and data/document analysis, you'll manage the requirements lifecycle. Furthermore, you will facilitate effective team communication, serve as a point of contact for product backlog clarifications, and contribute to iteration planning, backlog refinement, and the creation of user stories and acceptance criteria.

Ideal candidates possess a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong foundation in requirement analysis. Proficiency in translating elicited requirements into implementation-ready product backlog items and understanding initial project scope documentation are essential. You should be skilled in client engagement, vendor interaction, and internal team alignment, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities for reporting and coordination. Experience with tools like JIRA or MS Project is required. A solid understanding of development, testing, deployment, and maintenance phases is also expected, along with knowledge of automation pipelines and version control. While not mandatory, familiarity with commerce platforms such as SAP Hybris or Commerce Tools is a plus.
