In this senior role, you will spearhead requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation for intricate business initiatives. This includes defining and maintaining Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), Epics, and User Stories. You'll facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to identify and validate business needs, leading backlog grooming and prioritization within Agile teams. Responsibilities extend to performing detailed impact and gap analyses, ensuring requirements are complete, traceable, and aligned with project goals. You will also mentor junior business analysts and drive continuous improvement in business analysis processes, while evaluating and promoting the effective use of AI-assisted analysis tools.

We are seeking experienced professionals with 5-6 years of experience in Business Analysis. Essential skills include Business Process Modelling, BRD Creation, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and User Story Writing, with a strong understanding of the Financial Services industry. Candidates should possess excellent analytical thinking, robust communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Experience with Agile delivery methodologies, leading requirement prioritization, and conducting impact and gap analyses is crucial. A proactive approach to driving business analysis excellence, coupled with adaptability to new technologies like AI-assisted analysis tools, is highly valued.
