Lead discovery workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with diverse stakeholders, including business users, SMEs, and technology teams. Elicit, analyze, and validate business and functional requirements, documenting them comprehensively.

Develop and maintain Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM) documents for data migration and system integration. Conduct thorough source data analysis, lineage assessment, and field-level mapping. Analyze current and future state processes, identifying gaps and impacts.

Collaborate closely with architects, developers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle. Support UAT planning, execution, and defect management. Participate actively in platform migrations, data conversions, and operational transformation programs, ensuring alignment with investment accounting and reporting needs.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in Investment Banking, Wealth Management, and Investment Accounting is essential. Expertise in business analysis, stakeholder engagement, data migration, system integration, and STTM is required.

Domain knowledge spanning securities processing, trade lifecycle, financial reporting, and operational controls is crucial. Proficiency with platforms like SEI, FIS AddVantage, Schwab, LPL, TCS BaNCS, or Addepar is highly valued.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication and workshop facilitation abilities, are expected. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies, along with tools like JIRA and Confluence, is necessary.
