This role is crucial for designing, documenting, and delivering end-to-end data integrations. Key responsibilities include gathering and defining data requirements from business stakeholders. You will translate these needs into functional specifications, data models, and process flows, as well as integration specifications. Performing in-depth data analysis using advanced SQL queries and coordinating with ETL and data engineering teams for data pipeline verification are essential. Supporting Data Warehousing projects, creating data mapping documents, and validating data quality are also core duties. The role involves defining KPIs, building dashboards, supporting reporting, and presenting insights to diverse audiences.

Leveraging cloud data services like AWS, Azure, or GCP for data ingestion, storage, and processing is a beneficial aspect of this position.

A minimum of 12 years of professional experience is required. Essential technical skills include strong SQL proficiency for complex queries, a solid understanding of Data Warehousing concepts, and expertise in ETL processes and data transformation logic. Hands-on experience with ETL processes, data mapping, source-to-target (S2T) documentation, and integration design is critical. You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, complemented by excellent communication and documentation skills.

In-depth knowledge of Talent processes, system functionalities, data integration methodologies, and best practices is highly valued. Proficiency in data analysis tools, database query languages like SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI is expected. Strong analytical skills to synthesize complex data into actionable insights, along with excellent documentation and presentation abilities, are crucial. Project management capabilities and the ability to work effectively with global, virtual teams are also key attributes for success in this role. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with certifications in business analysis or SAP SuccessFactors being a plus.
