This role focuses on designing and implementing impactful learning experiences that drive business and capability transformation. You will leverage cutting-edge AI tools and adult learning principles to create scalable, learner-centric solutions.

Partner with stakeholders to define learning needs and design effective learning architectures and experience strategies. Lead design workshops, develop learning blueprints, storyboards, and curriculum frameworks. Ensure learning solutions are engaging, scalable, and aligned with adult learning principles. Manage the full learning design lifecycle and utilize data to continuously improve effectiveness.

Contribute to global learning standards and innovation. Leverage AI tools like Copilot and ChatGPT to enhance design quality and productivity.

This position requires 6-10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Learning Architecture, or Instructional Design within a corporate setting. You should possess expertise in designing learner-centric solutions, translating business challenges into engaging learning journeys, and a strong understanding of Instructional Design and Adult Learning Principles.

Experience in creating digital, blended, and virtual learning solutions is essential. You should be proficient in needs analysis, defining learning outcomes, and measuring effectiveness. The ideal candidate is a confident facilitator, adept at collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and skilled in using data and AI tools to drive innovation and measurable business impact.
