As a Senior BizOps Engineer, you will ensure application scalability, performance, and resilience. You will practice sustainable incident response and conduct blameless post-mortems, optimizing time to recover. Automate data-driven alerts for proactive issue escalation and collaborate with development teams to establish Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and enhance reliability.

Your role involves fostering developer ownership of production systems, supporting them during the application build phase with operational design, automation, and monitoring expertise. You'll help create and enforce operations standards, facilitating an agile and learning culture. A key aspect is understanding the business impact of our products to guide triage and root cause analysis effectively.

We are seeking a candidate with a BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. You should possess coding or scripting proficiency and a strong appetite for innovation and automation.

Ideal candidates will have experience with algorithms, data structures, scripting, pipeline management, and software design. A systematic problem-solving approach, excellent communication skills, and a drive for ownership are essential. You should be comfortable designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.
