As a Senior Consultant, you will advise clients on interoperability strategies, design integration approaches, and implement scalable solutions across complex healthcare IT landscapes. This involves leading workshops to gather requirements, translating clinical needs into interoperability solutions, and providing technical advisory for digital health transformations.

You will design seamless integration for various healthcare IT systems, including EHRs, EMRs, and clinical data repositories. Your expertise will be applied to evaluate and recommend interoperability standards like HL7, FHIR, and IHE, and to support the use of clinical data models such as SNOMED CT and openEHR. You'll also contribute to client deliverables, proposals, and thought leadership, while providing training and knowledge transfer.

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in designing and implementing healthcare interoperability solutions. Essential technical expertise includes deep understanding of system integration, proven experience with interoperability formats like HL7, FHIR, and DICOM, and hands-on knowledge of REST, SOAP, XML, and XSD.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Health Informatics is required, with a Master's degree or certifications being advantageous. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are crucial for effectively engaging with diverse stakeholders. Fluency in English is mandatory, and German language proficiency is highly preferred for client delivery in Germany/EU.
