We are seeking a skilled Senior Backend Developer with expertise in Java and Spring. With 2-5 years of experience, you will design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java applications. A strong grasp of object-oriented programming, backend development, and modern software engineering practices is essential. Your role will involve writing clean, scalable code and collaborating across teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

This role also involves making key architectural and design decisions to ensure scalability and maintainability. You'll mentor junior team members through code reviews and guidance, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams during technical planning. Proactively identifying and mitigating technical risks will be a significant part of your contribution.

A strong foundation in Java 11 or above, coupled with a solid understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and problem-solving is required. Extensive hands-on experience with Spring and Spring Boot is essential. Proficiency in logging frameworks (SLF4J, LogBack, Log4j) and experience writing JUnit test cases with Mockito/Powermock are necessary.

You should possess a thorough understanding of OOPS concepts, design principles, and various design patterns. Familiarity with concepts like exception handling, serialization, immutability, enums, collections, annotations, and generics is expected. Experience with multi-threading, concurrent APIs, and basic Java Memory Management is beneficial. Knowledge of RDBMS or NoSQL databases, SQL queries, and creating/consuming RESTful web services is also important.
