Join EY as an AI Engineer focused on Agentic AI, Orchestration, and Azure AI Foundry. This is a full-stack, Azure-native role for building and deploying production-grade AI solutions across the enterprise. You will be instrumental in implementing LLM-powered applications, managing multi-agent workflows, and ensuring secure API integrations.

This hands-on position spans the entire AI lifecycle, from initial design and development through to production operations. A key aspect involves embedding robust evaluation, quality monitoring, and runtime security into AI systems, aligning with enterprise governance and protection controls. Develop and enhance AI applications and agents using Azure AI Foundry and Azure-native services. Design and implement orchestration layers for complex multi-agent workflows and coordinated task execution. Build end-to-end AI experiences, including UI components where needed, and develop robust backend services and secure RESTful APIs. Utilize Azure Functions, including Durable Functions, for scalable serverless and asynchronous processing. Implement messaging and event-driven patterns for service decoupling and enhanced reliability in AI pipelines. Work with ADLS-style data lake patterns for AI workload ingestion, storage, and processing. Leverage Azure Cognitive Services/Azure AI Services for comprehensive AI solutions. Implement vector retrieval using enterprise options like Azure AI Search and other vector databases. Develop continuous evaluation pipelines for AI/agent outputs, incorporating LLM-as-a-Judge patterns. Ensure AI solutions align with enterprise agent lifecycle governance and runtime protection controls.

A degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience is required. Extensive experience in a Global IT environment is essential, with a focus on delivering projects that meet customer needs. Proven track record of 3+ years in global delivery or transformation, preferably within large-scale infrastructure programs. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a global operations environment. Strong proficiency in core software engineering languages such as Python, C#, TypeScript, or JavaScript. Demonstrated experience in building API-driven services and integrating distributed systems. Solid understanding of non-functional requirements including reliability, availability, scalability, performance, and cost optimization. Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry for enterprise GenAI solutions is a must. Experience with serverless and asynchronous workloads using Azure Functions is critical. Proficiency in implementing asynchronous patterns with queues/eventing for scale and reliability is required. Hands-on experience with vector databases and vector search is necessary. Experience implementing LLM-as-a-Judge or equivalent automated evaluation patterns is essential. Familiarity or experience with Agent 365 (A365)-style lifecycle management concepts is expected. Experience delivering solutions with runtime protection expectations, including security controls and monitoring alignment, is required.
