Seeking a Senior Associate with a strong foundation in testing fundamentals and mobile automation to join our Pune-based Engineering as a Service team. This role involves contributing to the development of our software quality assurance test strategy and collaborating with senior team members on project planning.

While this position requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years in Software Quality Assurance (SQA) or software testing, we are specifically looking for expertise in mobile test automation. You'll play a key role in ensuring the quality of our mobile applications.

You will be instrumental in developing software quality assurance test strategies and contributing to project plans. Your responsibilities include identifying and documenting defects, reviewing functional specifications to ensure testability, and executing test cases across various testing phases such as SIT, UAT, and Automation.

Additionally, you will identify, define, and mitigate testing-related risks and dependencies. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business problems, adhere to testing standards, and provide input into test plans and timelines. Generating regular reports on test execution and defect metrics is also a core part of this role.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or a related field is mandatory, along with a minimum of three years of experience in SQA or software testing.

Key technical requirements include a minimum of two years of experience with Appium mobile automation or similar tools, one year with native UI test tools like Espresso and XCUITest, and two years of test automation using Java. Proficiency in functional testing is essential, and experience with test management tools such as Qtest or Quality Center, as well as defect management tools like JIRA, is required.
